A successful communications professional with experience in journalism and public relations, who is passionate about using strong writing and communication skills to share people’s stories.
A storyteller by nature, Ashley Martinez graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami.
She has worked in the Walt Disney World Public Relations department making magic and writing compelling stories for Disney Youth Programs.
Ashley has also worked as the Arts and Culture editor at The Miami Hurricane and as an Editorial Fellow at The New Tropic. She has been a contributing writer for USA TODAY College and 10Best.com. She also founded a Miami theater blog, MiamiMarquee.com. When she’s not working on a story, she can usually be found reading, at the theater or singing show tunes.
